Ise Aanu [ pronounced: Ishe ah noo] is a Yoruba word for Charity. Ise Aanu is about philanthropy and volunteerism.
This Charity has been formed in memory of Mrs. Taiwo Sasegbon who dedicated her life to helping people from all back grounds. She worked relentlessly at bringing joy and happiness to people who crossed her path.
Taiwo Sasegbon was born into an affluent family but was all about humility and modesty. With the gentlest heart, touch, and attention she encouraged people and things always seemed to be alright after being in her presence.
The purpose of this charity is to encourage, support and serve the needs of people in distress the world over. Ise Aanu has no religious or political affiliation and strives to maintain objectivity and balance in its treatment of issues.
